  I was very scared reading some of the comments but the box I received was compliant to the description : 8 dvd simple in their cases respective. I was waiting for me was of very poor quality as much of the image of the packaging and maybe not at all. Everything was perfect for meIn Europe, there have been 3 mounts are different, the output in 1982 (International), the 1992 (Director's cut) and 2007 (Final cut). The least interesting, because the more affadi removal (4 passes violent) is the "Director's cut" from 1992. Between the mounting 1982 and 2007, the only differences are: removal of the voice-over way that Philip Marlow, adding 15 seconds of "unicorn", change the color of the sky behind the dove and deletion of the last minute of the film. Packaging has the quality deplorable, the model reduces to the invoice pitiful and that more is broken. And after Universal cry was because of the P2P...? That they stop taking us for idiots. Has to flee!!! Of course, it is beautiful, and I have really tried to hook me to the film given the quality of the sets, the photography and action scenes ébouriffantes. Children have hallucinated seeing the 2 and the projections that were made for the film on the world in 2015 ;-) Purchase suite versions video Tapes (knowing that there were 2 versions in the video cassette at the time). However, I think that the version blue ray has yet to bring a lot of improvement. I am an unconditional fan of tolkien, the films are very successful, super movie, it's all there, or nearly so, strongly the long version :) A few good special effects but disappointed by the story. After all the publicity given to this film, I thought I was watching a movie-style "apollo13"... The story and hollow, not believable... it is on, it is "science-fiction".   A movie, which for me, will not leave a large trace in the genre, nor in the history.. For lovers of the genre, this film falls into the category of the classics to own. The note is almost perfect between Fx and place of the plot. The fights are innovative (in particular the attack on the cargo ship filmed in a very efficient manner without too many cameras for the fight scenes) and the imagination, by APPOINTMENT : see the hangar of the SHIELD. The facilities are worthy of an air show... in 50 years. bought for my daughter who is a fan, nothing to say, advise for those who like this type of movie (that is, time and time again to not ask too many questions) distractingThis saga is pretty nice.
